Your data within our CRM is used exclusively to coordinate consultations between you, our Sleep Director (Thomas D'Acquisto), and the partner healthcare provider you are being referred to.

Medical records, sleep study results, and treatment information are handled directly by your healthcare provider — not by Solve Sleep Apnea.

Our consultation booking and CRM system is powered by GoHighLevel (GHL), a HIPAA-compliant platform where your submitted information is stored and managed.

We may use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand website traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services.

6. Text Message and Phone Communication

By submitting your phone number through our forms, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls related to your sleep apnea consultation inquiry.

Communication may be initiated by our AI Sleep Concierge, which uses artificial intelligence to assist with scheduling and answering general questions. The AI Concierge is transparently identified as AI-powered.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
