Solve Sleep Apnea is an informational and referral platform that connects patients in Southern California with vetted oral appliance therapy providers for sleep apnea treatment. We are NOT a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

The sleep assessment quiz on this website is a screening tool based on validated clinical questionnaires (STOP-BANG, Epworth Sleepiness Scale). It is NOT a diagnostic tool. Quiz results do not constitute a medical diagnosis. A proper sleep apnea diagnosis requires evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider, typically including a sleep study.
5. Provider Network
The providers listed on this website are independent healthcare professionals. Solve Sleep Apnea facilitates introductions but does not employ, supervise, or control the clinical judgment of any provider. Each provider is independently licensed and credentialed. Solve Sleep Apnea is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or outcomes of any provider in our network.
6. Booking and Consultations
Free consultations are provided to help you understand your options. Scheduling a consultation does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Solve Sleep Apnea. Treatment decisions, costs, and insurance coverage are determined between you and your chosen provider.
7. Consent to AI-Powered Communication
By submitting your contact information through any form on this Site, booking a consultation, or taking the sleep assessment quiz, you expressly consent to be contacted by Solve Sleep Apnea via text message (SMS/MMS) and phone call, including communications powered by artificial intelligence.
Our AI Sleep Concierge may initiate text messages and phone calls to assist with scheduling, follow-up, and answering general questions. The AI Concierge is transparently identified as AI-powered. It does not provide medical advice.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out of AI communication does not affect your ability to contact us directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Solve Sleep Apnea or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or interfere with the Site's operation.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.
11. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that sleep apnea treatment involves inherent medical risks and that all treatment decisions are made between you and your healthcare provider. Solve Sleep Apnea serves only as a referral and coordination platform and assumes no liability for medical outcomes, treatment results, or provider performance.
12. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
By using the Site or our services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site and our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, rather than in court.
You and Solve Sleep Apnea each waive the right to a trial by jury. You also agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
The arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to team@email.solvesleepapnea.com within 30 days of first using the Site.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solve Sleep Apnea, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked sites.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. California-Specific Disclosures

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solve Sleep Apnea regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
